A pandemia. The world is in chaos. Is the world paused? I was in my room thinking of the world outside. Paused. This World, Stalled.
I asked, “What is STILL? When and where and why STILL? Why stay still?”
Because the killings do not stop.
The killings of our human rights defenders, journalists, cultural workers, women, children, and of the Indigenous Peoples of the World
continue.
What is STILL? When and where and why STILL?
Why stay still? When there are STILL
CHILDREN in the CAGES.
It Doesn’t Make Sense This World, Stalled Does It?
When many “Essential Workers” are labeled heroes, but hostaged.
PPE lacked.
I asked, “Who is essential? Who is not?”
Am I essential? Are you?
There are many they have labeled disabled
Now a virus has shut the world, deemed everyone
Contagious
This World, Stalled.
I was in my room thinking of the world.
Painting. Thinking.
Why pause or continue many things?
